PICK-A-FIT sm Concerned about sizing? Use our PICK-A-FITSM program, or match your measurements to our sizes using the size charts on this page. PICK-A-FIT sm PROGRAM To assist you with your sizing needs, we invite you to use our PICK-A-FIT SM program. We will loan a full range of sizing uniforms to your school so that your team can try on the garments and choose the size that looks and fits best. We will pay to ship the sizing uniforms to you. Your only cost is pay the return shipping. We require a school purchase order number or credit card number for security before sizing uniforms will be sent. You must return the sizing uniforms within 7 days or the purchase order or credit card number will be billed. PICK-A-FITSM has proven to be a simple, easy, accurate, and cost-effective way to size students. TIPS FOR SIZING If you choose to measure rather than use our PICK-A-FIT SM program, here are some helpful hints:
1. How to measure:    Bust/Chest: Measure around body at fullest part of the chest.    Waist: Measure around body at waistline.    Hips: Measure around body at the fullest part of the hips.    Skirt Length: Measure in back from waist, over the hips,    to desired length on the leg. 2. Have the same person take all measurements for all team     members-preferably your coach or a person with sewing    experience. 3. Use the bust measurement as a priority when sizing shells,     vests, blouses and jackets. Use the hip measurement as a     priority when sizing skirts, pants and shorts. 4. If measurements are between sizes on the chart, order the next     larger size. Most garments can be taken in, but cannot be let    out to  fit specific measurements.
PLEASE NOTE Pep Supply uniforms are manufactured according to the size charts on this page. Uniforms are not custom fit to each person’s set of measurements. If your measurements are not on the size charts and a special pattern has to be made, there is a special order charge of $20.00. On all sizing, please specify adult or youth. All sizes are assumed to be adult unless specified as youth. ADDITIONAL LENGTH Please allow 1 to 2 additional weeks for orders requesting changes to our standard garment length. Orders for length changes to skirt style #1000 are custom and require a production time of 6 to 8 weeks. With the exception of Discount Package skirts, there is no charge for adding 1-3” to skirt styles 102, 103, 104, 105, 1033 or 2330. For all other skirt styles, including Discount Package skirts and #1000, and all dresses, leotards, unitards, and pants, please add $5.00/ea. for 1-3” of added length. Length changes greater than 3” are considered Special Order and incur a charge of $20.00/ea.
